Stellite does not act as a cryptocurrency exchange or personal investment advisor. Trading activities involve market risk and Stellite does not guarantee profits or financial outcomes. All trading conducted under Stellite funding programs must adhere strictly to platform rules and risk parameters.
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, authentication methods, and secure access to the platform. Stellite will never request passwords, private wallet keys, or sensitive access codes. You agree to use the platform lawfully, comply with regional regulations applicable to trading activities, and follow all program guidelines. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, misuse capital, or engage in fraudulent behavior may result in immediate termination of access.
All trading conducted under Stellite’s funded programs must comply with established rules, including risk controls, drawdown limits, evaluation policies, payout eligibility thresholds, and operational guidelines. Performance data, trading results, and account activity may be monitored to ensure fairness and compliance. Fees or program costs, where applicable, are transparently disclosed prior to enrollment. Stellite strives to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability due to market conditions or technical dependencies.
Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, including rapid price fluctuations, liquidity challenges, technological disruption, and regulatory impacts. Participation in prop trading programs may result in financial loss. While Stellite employs security, risk management systems, and structured oversight, trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. You acknowledge and accept these risks by using the platform.
Stellite reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the platform, including trading programs, eligibility conditions, system features, or these Terms of Service at any time. We will strive to communicate material changes where reasonable. Continued use of Stellite following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, trading performance, service disruptions, technical failures, or security events. Stellite’s total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid to Stellite within the preceding six months. Users participate in Stellite programs at their own discretion and risk.
